This hits home for me being a career woman. I used to always say that I would never be a stay-at-home mom. However, as I have grown older and spent more time with women who have a baby and have a difficult time going back to work I have had to think more about what I will do come the time. Even though I am not near the point of having a child, I think about it a lot more than I used to. I appreciate the idea of a choice and I think that will help when it comes time to have a child. Thank you for your wonderful post.

When you were growing up I experienced it all: I worked part time, full time, and I was a "stay at home mom". Nothing was perfect but for me the part time was the closest to being the best. However, every time we choose one thing we are saying no to something else. I am grateful that we had some choice - and the opportunity to change our minds!
