    Before Covid I took @barre3ftthomas classes a coup Before Covid I took @barre3ftthomas classes a couple days a week. Then I took a 411-day break. I recently started again, not knowing I was so close to this little milestone. When I came back everyone, as always, accepted me where I was (a different size and a gloomy mindset), with authentic enthusiasm, small movements and shakes, burpees, planks, time to breathe and permission to take up space. I now find myself there most days of the week. It took me a long time to find my thing, and only post-Covid have I allowed myself so much time to do it. Highly recommend finding your thing. Your muscles, heart and mind will thank you.
